When can I schedule my Newborn Photography Experience?

You can schedule your photography session at anytime. The earlier the better. We can book a proposed date/time. Once the baby is born, you will reach out to the photographer within 48 hrs to provide additional details. 

What is the best age to schedule the Newborn Photography Experience?

The best age is generally around 7-14 days of life. Sleepy newborn photos are usually best achieved around this age, but never guaranteed. Newborns are generally more flexible than older infants which make certain poses more achievable. However, beautiful photographs can be done at any age.

What happens if I can't get my newborn or child to cooperate, do I get a refund?

We will do everything we can to achieve newborn and/or child images. In the event that photographing your newborn and/or child seems impossible, we will discuss options with you during the session.

How many images do you provide?

Each experience package includes the number of images provided. There will be several images taken during the session. After your session, your photographer will go through the images within a weeks time to delete duplicates and blurry images and soft edit. These images will be uploaded to your private gallery in Shootproof. You will be given login information. You will choose your favorite images. Then, additional editing will be done.

Why do I need to pay for my entire session/experience in advance?

We request full payment in advance to secure your booking on our calendar. We have a limited number of sessions per day and per week. Your payment confirms your commitment to the appointment. If you need to reschedule, please refer to our rescheduling policy for details on how we can accommodate changes.

How many people are included in the photography experience I purchased?

This will depend on the photography experience you have selected. If you selected an experience that includes "Family", we ask that you limit the experience to the immediate family only. Studio space is limited. If you would like to include grandparents, please discuss with your photographer ahead of time. We may be able to accommodate. There will be an additional fee for grandparent(s) as additional editing will need to be done. 

Do you offer advice on how to best prepare for my/our experience?

Yes, once you have selected our photography experience package, additional details will be emailed to you to better help you prepare for your session.

Do you provide RAW images?

No, Arizona Bloom Photography under no circumstances will provide RAW images to the client.

How do you determine your photography experience prices?

Our photography experience prices are carefully calculated to reflect value, time and expertise, high-quality equipment, professional grade editing software, insurance and business overhead costs, and editing time which usually takes 2-4 hours, especially if using ai technology to help create composite images or change backgrounds.

Can I print the photos myself or share on social media?

Yes! All our packages include a personal print release on final edited images that allow you to print your images for personal use and share them on social media. We simply ask you to credit our studio when sharing online. We retain the copyright according to federal law which means you cannot utilize them for commercial use. We do encourage you to print through our professional print lab which is easily done within your gallery. Professional prints accurately represent the colors, tones, and details captured during your session.
