Service Description
Congratulations on your new little love. Our neonatal nurse photographer with over 20 years of experience will safely capture timeless images in an artistic manner. We offer several props and wraps/outfits to create beautiful and unique portraits. These sessions are best done early morning or mid morning depending on newborn's age. Ideal time is around 7-10 days of life, but can be done at any time. Discuss with photographer the ideal time to book. Experience includes baby in-studio session fee, 2 hours of photographing, 20 professionally edited digital images of your choice on a flash drive, and a $40 credit to our online store fulfilled by Miller's. Miller's Photography Lab delivers premium printing services with unmatched color accuracy and archival quality. They offer fine art paper, metal prints, gallery canvas, acrylic displays and more. Additional edited digital images may be purchased, please speak to your photographer.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Agreement: When you schedule a photography experience/session, you are reserving time that is dedicated exclusively to you. This time is valuable, as is maintaining an organized booking schedule for all clients. The photographer will confirm the date/time booked by client. Date/time of booking may need to be rescheduled within 48-72 hours of date chosen as dates can be booked in advance and photographers needs may change. Cancellations: No refunds will be provided for cancellations. In extreme circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the photographer. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their session provided they give sufficient advance notice. The ability to reschedule is subject to the photographer's availability and approval. Notice Period: Rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible to increase the likelihood of accommodation. Final Decisions: All decisions regarding cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are at the sole discretion of the photographer. Force Majeure and Safe Environment x.1 If Photographer cannot perform or believes it may not be able to perform this Agreement in whole or in part due to a fire, natural disaster, act of war or terrorism (domestic or foreign), epidemic or pandemic (including COVID-19), action of any governmental authority (including a Government Order as defined in Section 7.3), national or regional emergency, other casualty, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to Photographer’s illness or injury, whether or not foreseeable (“Force Majeure Event”), then Photographer will give notice to the Client as soon as reasonably practicable after Photographer determines that a Force Majeure Event will or may prevent Photographer from performing under this Agreement. Photographer shall have no obligation to perform under this Agreement and no liability for delays or failures to perform due to a Force Majeure Event, but Photographer may, in Photographer’s discretion, work with the Client to find an alternative date for the Event that is suitable to both Client and Photographer
